including Firebase, Clerk, RevenueCat, Beehiiv, Google, and Meta — store
and process data on servers located in the United States and potentially
other countries. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data
may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own,
including countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in
your jurisdiction. For transfers of EU and UK personal data to the
United States, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved
by the European Commission. For transfers from Australia, we take
reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your data
consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and
as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications during onboarding or in your device
settings, we may send you:

You can disable push notifications at any time through your iOS Settings
under Notifications → Opening Bell, or within the app under Profile →
Settings → Notifications. Disabling notifications does not affect your
account or subscription.
10. Children's Privacy and Age Requirements
Opening Bell is intended for users aged 13 and over.

knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we
become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly delete their

in the EU or UK are required to have parental or guardian consent
